I remember when I first bought it the progressions seemed impossible but with my Foundation training I think I am ready and have already surpassed a lot of the movements. I was suppose to have a meeting with Naterman this last weekend while he was in town, but our schedules just couldn’t line up.
I do have some suggestions for future podcast. My question coach is can I do this with a significantly arthritic knee and such limited flexibility? Kind of like learning gymnastics from John Wayne. Thank you so much! I tried all kinds of programming from 3x per gjmnasticbodies to 7x per week. I’ve encountered a few GB followers over the years and have maintained contact with them. Understanding what I cooach, without setting me back on strength training and allowing me to continue to improve my strength in areas I had no idea I needed — it has been awesome.
There are other imitators out there- they have been students of Coach Sommer in the past. So it’s false advertising foundahion fitness newbies. Can we PM and talk offline?

Coach Sommers is great and the gst community is amazing. I do not remember coaxh I discovered GB. There weren’t ‘tons of websites’, just a T Nation article and maybe the odd blogpost here and there. Do you have to put barbell training on hold for this program or can you incorporate it with barbell work? What kind of progress could you make?
